Every Day A Dream

Featured the upcoming new single from the Menahan Street Band! Its a WuTang-inspired spooky instrumental featuring the ukulele. Should be out on Dunham/Daptone later this month. Plenty of Tommy 'TNT' Brenneck in this show! Also, don't miss the two unreleased tracks from Original Black Sheep of the Family, including an extended version of the b-side of the 'In The Forest' 45.

Beggin: The Donation Drive Show!

oldboard Please help support WMFO by going to donate some money online.

I have been on WMFO for over 10 years now, and recently we were able to upgrade much of the equipment at the station. The above picture of our old board was replaced by a slick brand new one. However, these upgrades cost money so please donate what you can. If you mention GALACTIC FRACTURES in your donation, it helps me keep bringing you the funk, soul, disco, blues and other genres every week.

Best Dig Ever (Part 1)

Fruits of my recent two day storage facility dig.

Don't miss this 2 part mega show! Possibly the best dig I have ever done. Be sure to check out the Charles Vickers song poem on National Guild. I couldn't find much information about this record online, except the website about song poems. Who knew Gene Chandler had a big record on Constellation? Not me, thats for sure. 'Mr Big Shot' is an amazing soul dancer. Not to mention the female cover of 'I'll Go Crazy' by Ella Thomas, or the calypso funk by King Wellington! Wow...
